Bachelor in Corporate Governance and Compliance: 2027 Spring Admissions at École supérieure de droit et de justice de Paris

How does a company assign responsibility, identify risks and check that its activities follow relevant rules? The Bachelor in Corporate Governance and Compliance at École supérieure de droit et de justice de Paris introduces these questions through legal foundations, organisational cases and practical document preparation.

The school is a member school of ESPAST. Its three-year programme is taught in English and develops students’ understanding of company structures, governance responsibilities, internal controls and ethical decision-making.

Applications for the confirmed online spring intake close on 20 December 2026. Teaching begins on 2 January 2027, with the first academic year running from January to December 2027. Paris campus intake dates, location and teaching arrangements are confirmed separately.

Bachelor in Corporate Governance and Compliance: Course Content and Practical Learning

The first year establishes foundations in legal systems, legal research, academic writing and contract law. Students also study business organisations, professional ethics and digital research skills.

The second year connects these foundations with company structures and governance responsibilities. Guided cases introduce regulatory compliance, risk identification, internal controls, reporting procedures and compliance policy documents.

Students learn to distinguish board oversight from operational responsibilities. They practise linking an identified obligation to a control and a responsible person, and explain how concerns should be documented, reported and escalated.

The third year brings these methods together through comparative cases and a supervised graduation project. Students develop a compliance case portfolio containing a basic risk register, policy documents and a reporting workflow.

Assessment progresses from guided exercises and written assignments to case portfolios, a final report and an oral presentation. Students document their sources, explain their reasoning and identify the limits of their analysis.
