Healthcare compliance begins with understanding responsibilities: who handles a record, reviews a product document or responds to an incident? The Bachelor in Healthcare Law and Compliance Management introduces these questions through healthcare and medical-device cases.
The three-year pathway brings together healthcare institutions and responsibilities, medical-device regulation and health-data protection. Quality processes, risk management and regulatory research develop a foundation for checking sources and maintaining reliable records.

- Healthcare law
- Medical-device regulation
- Data protection
- Quality processes
- Risk management
- Regulatory research
An applied case examines requirements and documentation gaps for a medical device or healthcare organisation. Students may assemble a responsibility map, classification checklist, health-data flow map and complaint or incident record as evidence of their analysis.
Learning moves from foundational exercises to specialist projects and a final report with an oral defence. It develops legal and compliance analysis rather than clinical practice. The school confirms teaching language, language evidence and intake arrangements before enrolment.
Bachelor in Healthcare Law and Compliance Management: 2027 Entry Requirements, Tuition and Application
First-year admission considers secondary-school completion or equivalent learning alongside reading, writing and analytical readiness. Applicants should explain their interest in healthcare responsibilities, product compliance or health information and submit education documents, a CV and motivation. Any entry beyond year one requires individual review.
