When businesses agree to arbitration, their contract establishes a route for resolving a possible dispute. Understanding that route requires attention to the agreement, the procedural stages and the evidence supporting each party’s position. These are central questions in the Bachelor in International Commercial Arbitration.
The three-year programme develops legal reading, research and contract foundations before introducing arbitration agreements, institutions and procedural stages. Students explore how commercial disputes are organised and how questions of recognition and enforcement arise after an award.

Bachelor in International Commercial Arbitration: From Arbitration Clauses to a Simulated Case File
- Commercial contracts and dispute resolution
- Introduction to arbitration agreements
- Arbitration institutions and procedural stages
- Evidence organisation and legal submissions
- Introduction to award recognition and enforcement
The practical project is a simulated arbitration file. Students review a clause, construct a procedural timetable, prepare an evidence index and produce a structured written submission. Each element must be traceable to the facts and sources in the case.
Progressive assignments help beginners separate an allegation from supporting evidence and understand why the choice of procedure matters. The final year integrates comparative cases, document preparation and a supervised report with an oral presentation.
Bachelor in International Commercial Arbitration: 2027 Entry Requirements, Tuition and Application
First-year candidates may apply after secondary-school completion or equivalent study without an existing law qualification. Admissions considers their academic record, motivation and capacity for English-language legal study. The application should explain what draws them to cross-border disputes and include a CV and supporting education documents.
