MSc in International Business Law: 2027 Spring Admissions at École supérieure de droit et de justice de Paris

École supérieure de droit et de justice de Paris, a member school of ESPAST, offers a two-year MSc in International Business Law taught in English. The programme examines international contracts, cross-border transactions, company law and commercial dispute resolution through legal research, case analysis and an applied graduation project.

Applications for the confirmed online spring intake close on 20 December 2026. Teaching begins on 2 January 2027, with the first academic year running from January to December 2027. Paris campus availability, teaching location and intake dates are confirmed separately by admissions.

MSc in International Business Law: Course Content and Applied Projects

The first year develops legal research, source evaluation and analytical writing. Students study comparative legal systems, legal reasoning, contract law and the corporate legal environment, establishing methods for examining business problems across jurisdictions.

The second year focuses on international contracts and drafting, cross-border sales, trade rules, comparative company law, international investment and business risk. Contract negotiation, due diligence and commercial dispute resolution connect legal analysis with practical transaction questions.

Students learn to evaluate governing-law and jurisdiction clauses, compare transaction structures and justify a due-diligence approach using relevant legal sources.

The applied project involves a cross-border transaction portfolio containing a contract analysis, due-diligence checklist and commercial risk memorandum. Assessment combines written assignments, case analysis and a final project report with an oral defence. Students must explain their sources, reasoning and the limitations of their conclusions.

This work develops capabilities relevant to international business legal support, contract administration, trade compliance and cross-border transaction coordination. Career opportunities depend on previous qualifications, experience, language skills and employer requirements.
