Complex judicial support requires a view of the whole workflow, not just a single document. The MSc in Judicial Affairs and Legal Procedure Support examines how case records, access permissions, deadlines and review responsibilities interact.
The two-year programme studies complex case support, document-quality controls and digital casework. Dispute communication, operational supervision and procedural research provide methods for examining how a support team handles evidence and coordinates its work.

MSc in Judicial Affairs and Legal Procedure Support: Reviewing Complex Case-Support Workflows
- Complex case support
- Document quality
- Digital casework
- Dispute communication
- Operational supervision
- Case research
An applied project reviews a case-support workflow and proposes controls for document quality and deadline risk. Students produce evidence such as a procedural risk map, review protocol, permissions matrix and reasoned escalation memorandum.
Work develops from specialist methods and case research into an independent research or applied project. The final report and oral defence require students to explain their sources, personal contribution and the limits of proposed improvements. French-law knowledge and professional French are assessed for this judicial pathway.
